Well, It has been so long I have to update. My birthday was fun, Rick decided we needed to go to my moms for the weekend. It was great! I love spending time with my family. The boys and I helped at the bakery for Thanksgiving, This year was amazingly smooth at the bakery, especially in the cream pie department where I am stationed. Then we went farther south to Richfield for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful! I love going to Grandma's house, according to rick there isn't much to do there but I just love hanging out with family, playing games, eating yummy food, and having fun! We went shopping, swimming and Rick went four-wheeling and shooting. December has flown by. I can't believe it. I have the Christmas shopping done and might be more excited than the kids for the big day! It's busy season at UPS, yet Rick has been amazingly happy with the lack of sleep. We went to the ward Christmas party and let the kids see santa. Tanner asked for the toy that Landon is getting so I am putting both of their names on it. Landon won't mind sharing. Rick got himself a Snowblower so that will be his Christmas and all holidays for the next year. We are hoping to get some holiday treats made and love seeing all the lights and snow. Hope to spread some Christmas cheer! Happy Holidays all!

Halloween!!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! We finally carved pumpkins the night before Halloween and I finished sewing Landon's costume that day too. All that hard work, at least he looked cute. Most of the time he had it on he was sleeping. Must have been nice and warm! Landon liked the pumpkin guts. He also liked the pumpkins, he tried to pull himself up on them. Landon thinks he is big, silly boy. He is almost crawling but not quite. he gets around somehow. Rick thinks he crawls when we are not looking. He loves to try and pull himself up on anything that is bigger than the ground including blankets. crazy.
Here we are with our pumpkins lit a few days later, yes after Halloween. We didn't even carve any last year so we really had to light them once for the kids. They both loved it. Tanner felt big and strong so he liked to move the pumpkins around all by himself every few minutes.
Here we are! I found the Minnie costume at the DI and made the ears and gloves which we aren't even wearing oops. Also made Rick's mickey costume the day before Halloween. Ears on a beanie, red shorts with tail and big white buttons, also the gloves that are not shown. Tanner is Handy Manny. A repair guy on a Disney show. He had a tool box and a pencil sewn to his hat to stay behind his ear. Landon was a lion and I decided to sew it. If I didn't have my mother in law telling me what to do I would have died. Thanks to her we were able to all look great!
The cute and handsome boys. Tanner is three and Landon is seven months old. both trying to watch TV behind me instead of look at the camera!
Landon the lion! So Cute! We went to trick or treat at the local grocery store then to lunch with some of the Halls. Then we went to the ward party and had dinner and trunk or treating. It was a nice day and we played outside all morning enjoying it. Tanner was exhausted by the end of the day and didn't eat more than 5 pieces of candy. He has only asked one time since then about it. I will enjoy that will I can. I like having his candy in my control!
We hope you all had a great HALLOWEEN! We sure did. It is always great when we get to hang out as a family and relax!

Fall is Fun!
A rare thing. we went to walk around the temple on Sunday and found the grounds open. We thought we should take advantage of that and we found this great shot of the boys in the leaves with the temple behind them. Cute. Even though Landon was grouchy Tanner was the one not behaving for the picture. You just have to try sometimes and settle for what you get.
Here we are at the corn maze. We had a blast this year. They had free train rides and pony rides. They also had a giant slide down the side of the hill and a gourd launcher. Tanner rode the pony for the first time! "Now I are a cowboy!" were his words as he rode. It was so fun to see him having a blast! Poor Landon looks like his face is in the hat, we didn't leave him that way the whole time, I swear! Rick had to keep shooting pumpkins in the sling shot because he could. We rushed through the corn maze to play more. Chris and Shauna and Hailee came with us, and were nice enough to buy us hot chocolate, yummy!
This Fall has been busy yet fun! everyday is so much more enjoyable when you see things through your children's eyes! kids are great!
